Location of the pickup tube.  One is through the front and the other is through the tank side.

yeah, they both appear to be uniflow you just need to decide which plumbing will work best for your application.

Paul,

The first tank is an A.T.F. (all tubes forward). This type is easier to slide into a firewall cut out, or to slip into a tank compartment from behind (after drilling the appropriate holes through the firewall).

The second tank is the type to use on a profile, with too little nose room for normal tanks. I have to use that type on my Skyray 35, and will probably get a smaller one for the Acromaster, that is if I ever get around to building the Acromaster.  ;D

When is Nike going to loosen up some travel funds, so you can come back to Portland?

I got a new boss a few month ago. He is in Portland but no invite has been extended yet... HB~>
I know if I stay over a extra day he will want to take me out on the river fishing. I like fishing, but I much rather be flying. #^

Looks like one has the overflow plumbed out the bottom.
But other than that they both would work the same. y1
