I'm currently building a new plane using a Oriental wing, I'm using a Brodak 4" bellcrank which has 3 holes for the pushrod, which one would ya'll recommend? Sure hope I'm not opening up a can of worms. ;D
Thanks

The middle one.

It will depend on which hole you are connecting to on the flap horn. I use a 2-3 flap elevator ratio so I would be using the outer holes on both the bellcrank and flap horn for a 4" and the center for a 3". It also depends on the flap horn. I use a rather tall one. Mount the bellcrank and flaphorn on a piece of wood outside the plane and play with the ratio's till you get what you want. In my case that 2nd hole would give me about 30 degrees flap. The outer hole about 45.
I don't think I ever go over 15 degrees in a normal pattern but I like the safety factor.

I aim for about +/- 20 degrees of flap travel on a normal wing -- less if it has a lot of flap, more if it has little flaps. Then I aim for the same or greater elevator travel, and I aim for an adjustable elevator response (either a horn with multiple horns, or one with a slot and slider).
Whatever hole you need to make that happen, us it.

Thanks guys I'll probably go with the outer hole
