Not a long shaft, but for your ref. files, my Fox 59 "short" shaft weighs 312 grams/11 oz.

Ignition, lapped, 9.8 oz

Glow lapped, 10.2 oz

I just weighted mine on a very good postal scale

According to the ad, about 9.5 oz.
