BI-SLOB
« on: November 05, 2006, 12:15:47 PM »
Have you seen Frank Carlisle fly his Bi-Slob? He does some wild stuff with it. He was a real crowd pleaser at the Michigan Musciano contest doing tail stands and I think I saw a "Saber Dance"...Shades of Jim Walker.
Frank also helped me a lot with the kids program that I was doing...Thanks Frank!

Here I am Larry------------------------

Thanks for all the compliments on that Bi-Slob flying.
I heard from that one kid and his dad that I set up with a Stinson kit and a Cub motor. They had all sorts of questions which I answered. Hopefully they are putting that plane together and will have it for next summer.

I'm sorry for not being in touch much these past weeks but I'm nearing total exhaustion from this past flying seasons activities. As much fun as all the fly-ins and contests are.....they take their toll.
Thank goodness for building season.

Frank;
   Our club is going to have a meeting this weekend. I'll call the kid's dad and invite them to the meeting. I gave them my number, but they didn't call. We would be more than happy to give them a hand with their model.

Leroy-------I think Simon & Eric (Eric is the son) need some follow up. I'm sure the kid is gung-ho about modeling and his dad wants him to have fun but they are a little shy about being intrusive. A phone call from you would be great. If you have their e-mail address or phone # would you please send it to me?

Larry & Leroy.........last week while I was researching chapters of the Kama Sutra on the internet my computer developed a cough that quickly grew into a full blown viral infection. It got so bad that I finally had to scrub my computer clean by performing a destructive recovery that totally lobotomized my entire system. I saved my files on CDs but that virus is still in those files so I am reluctant to download them back into the system. Will you guys please email me so I can copy your addresses back into my book?
