Jimmy was a good friend. I remember the first time I met him. It was 2014 at a contest in Flushing and I had just over ran by quite a bit. I didn’t know Jimmy at all and in typical Jimmy humor, he had a wise witty comment about my fuel guessing for the next flight. And I remember I gave him a quick cutting remark back and ever since then Jimmy always helped me out!!! Sometimes he drove me crazy with his coaching comments, things like that was to high and arguing about being 8’ high instead of 7’ high. Ever once in while you would get I would buy that one. (That was the closest you would come to a compliment) I will always remember those days and comments, as they made me try harder!
Thanks Jimmy, you will be missed.
RIP my friend
