Re: Opportunity to Help
Huh?? Yes, help. My great friend Mike Lindler died of a massive heart attack in early July. He had “mountains” of C/L stunt stuff. His wife, Beth, has asked me to help dispose of it. Some of it will be available at our contest Sept. 13-15 at Etowah River Park in Canton, Ga.
There are at least six competition airplanes (PAMPA, N-30, and Profile) that I built, plus engines and “other”. I have not seen all that Mike had, but will travel to Columbia, S.C. soon to gather what I can. (Multiple trips may be needed!) Proceeds from selling these items will go to our club (a little) and to support a Border Collie Rescue Fund Mike supported. More details later.
