The RR-1 is a very rare (and powerful) .049 from Cox Mfg. I had one in the late '50's and it was just awesome! It has a drum rear valve instead of the crumby reed system, and the twin bypass cylinder like the Tee Dees. They RIP! Thanks for posting the link. I've gotta go put my bid in!   VD~ Well, maybe not. The wife wants money this month, and I may have to...nah!!!  LL~  Steve

The collectors are at it again.  The RR-1's I have out ran the TeeDee .049's that were on bladder pressure.  Mine were stock.  After I got the left hand cranks for them they got retired as they are too dependable.  I mean one to two flip starts and no worry about reverse starting.  They are not for sell yet.  DOC Holliday

I will probably never get a chance to own one of these but would love to for cool factor alone.
I am not a collector but of the Cox engines I do not hav e but would love to own are the RR1, Tee Dee 010 and 020 and Tee Dee .015

I place the Tee Dee .020 and .15 higher on my list as I would use them but the .010 and RR1 would just be so cool.

I could not get mine back.  The kids father is bigger than me.  So I put a $7.00 bid on one on eBay.  #300343969436

Hope I win it.
