I seem to remember having a hard time registering here originally. Just figured it was new software. Glad Scott made it on.

Well, I am sure hoping that Scott posts *something*!  ;D  I did all I can, but the guys at the *other* forum (SSW) wanted to make a big deal out of it, so....... I never saw the *competition* that Leonard does, anyway.  We are C/L in all fashions, and a very different style of Board.  I still post and visit on SSW, but it seeems that some people who are only members there have feelings of animosity towards Stunt Hanger, and Sparky and me in particular.  For what?? I have absolutely no clue.  I know Leonard (met him face ot face at the NATS in 1993) personally.  Never had a cross word with him.....................

HELOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I'se here now! Thanks so much for the welcome! I am just getting back into C/l after a 20 year hiatus. I was busy racing motocross but now after knee reconstruction, old age, grey hair, and packing on a few extra pounds, I have switched to sportbikes and take things a little easier now. I live in Bedford Tx. which is right between Dallas and Ft. Worth. I have met some exceptional local fliers in this area and they have helped me immensely get back into the groove and build some new planes. My registration follies behind me, I hope to meet some of you guys ( I could always use some good adult supervision!!!). Thanks for having me and just browsing the forum for a few minutes, I see I have hours of reading ahead of me! So much to catch up on.............

Scott,
Be sure to meet up with Dale Gleason. A super nice guy and someone I call friend.
Also there is another older guy I met while I was out in Dallas by the name of Gene. Another keeper. He has a Scratch built plane of his own design called "Woody" powered by a .60 size engine. If you see it please take a picture and post it on the boards.

See ya around. AP^

Scott, wlecome aboard,  Old Dad(Dale) & Linda Bob(Linda) Gleason are the the best couple you will ever meet.  In fact 99.9% of the DMAA members are great people to know.  Later,  DOC Holliday

Scott, Welcome to this fine forum and welcome back to C/L. I just got back in again after 35 years. Unfortunately my flying did not improve like aged wine. There is a fantastic amount of knowledge here and a good bunch besides.

There are only a few "agitators" , but I am not going to mention any name's like mine or "The G Man" or Schultzie and hey we ain't even too bad a guys. S?P LL~

Right now I am on a 10 step program to improve my manners. They tell me with the progress that I have made over the past few years that I will be ready for step 2 in a couple of years. VD~
