Water slide decal paper

Can anyone tell me what is the best water slide decal paper I can use and where do I get it?

I've been happy with what I bought at www.DecalPaper.com. Print using your printer, spray on some crystal clear acrylic (I use Krylon) and you're ready to go. Just have to watch what color you use, and what color you plan on putting it over . . . the stuff is thin. I learned how to make green where I didn't want it.  ~^

I don't know if this one is the best or not, but I've been using it for years with no problems at all and great results:
(I use the ink jet kind)

I'm using Micromark decal paper. Seems to work OK.
