Warren Walker has been elevated to an AMA Fellow at tonight's KOTRC regular monthly meeting! A presentation of the Fellowship plague was held this evening with a near beyond capacity packed house at the club's meeting place, the Fullerton Airport AFI Pilot Training Center in Fullerton, CA. Warren was awarded his AMA Fellow status and plaque by AMA Hall of Fame and fellow Fellows Charles Mackey and Larry Renger. We all love and appreciate all that Warren does to contribute to our club and control line model aviation as a whole through his tireless efforts over a span of many, many years.  Please congratulate him!

Only met Warren one time,  but he seems like an awesome guy.

Yup, the pictures didn't take. 

Anyway, Warren has contributed time, money and effort to the benefit of modelers for at least the couple of decades of our acquaintance and I was delighted to help get him that honor!

Besides, I'll stack his BBQ against anyones!
