Check out Barry Baxter's control line plan service.  He has the plans listed at $13.00 plus postage.  I've gotten a few sets of plans from him and very quick delivery.

Here's a copy from a kit I recently acquired...
The ribs in the kit were poorly cut and don't match the dimensions on the plans, so you'd be on your own to draw up some ribs.

Nope - tin, not balsa. But the isometric sketch does appear to show a grain which is a bit misleading.
