Hey Jim!
Glad you got it flattened out.
My minds eye is not up to speed after not flying all winter but near as I could tell mine is mostly flat.
Line tension seemed same both directions.
Hey Steve, The fuel tank height has been a puzzle for me ever since getting back into C/L.
Way back yonder when....we mounted center of tank with center of venturi and flew!
The engines our standards or the laws of physic has been mucked with and this no longer works!

The tank currently is around 3/8th inch above so another 1/8th or so should do the trick.
That old Torp wrong way exhaust probably had a Green head? Great engine on Dads Quickers with the exhaust pointed away but not to good on a Winder. Did you know you can see fire in the exhaust while its running? Loud.

Quote/Bill [You're starting to sound like a combat flier who is starting out in stunt!]
Exactly!!!
The handle I was using has less spacing than small hot rock. The handle is just right for the Chipmunk but a little slow on the 51 and the flight streak.
The prop is a TF 10x4 power point cut down to around 9.75.
Engine is Veco .29
After flying the Flite Streak with the .29 McCoy and how sweet and perfect it ran(1 flight) am tempted to put a McCoy .19 on the 51.........
Lighter weight will help balance and I would be happy with it flying slower! Slower = my current-ahhhh- speed.
