Once again we'll be at the Riverpark Inn, 350 S. Freeway, same place as the past two years. We have 60 rooms blocked. VSC dates are March 15-19, although the contract terms allow the group rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days after those dates, BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
This year's rate is $68.00/night plus tax, and includes a very nice breakfast buffet. The hotel courtyard will again be the site of the Classic appearance judging.
For reservations, phone (520) 239-2300. Be sure to mention you want the group rate for the Vintage Stunt Championships (use full name, not "VSC", since they won't recognize the acronym). Also note that reservations must be made NOT LATER THAN FEBRUARY 15, 2011. After that date, unreserved rooms revert to the hotel's inventory.
Cancellation policy: If for any reason you can't attend after making reservations, here's the quote from our contract with the Riverpark Inn: "Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of arrival at no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in a charge of one night's room and tax to the individual."
