Vote on k factors in FAI

Dear Friends in c/l

As announced previously, Igor Burger has now incorporated a voting tool on the F2B Forum Website. While everybody is entitled to vote, you must register yourself to do so. Please note, too, that you are invited to comment, reply and explain your point related to the conducting of a trial w/o k factors in the Forum. Should you feel more comfortable expressing yourself so in your own language, please do not hesitate to do so.

It is important to understand that this voting is consultative. It serves the purpose of supporting the opinion finding process within the F2 subcommittee and within the group of those national delegates whose countries are not represented in the F2 subcommittee. Your vote is of great importance it will be counted and brought to the attention of those bearing the responsibility of taking the decision whether to conduct the two years trial without k factors or not.

The final decision will be taken by the CIAM delegates representing their NAC’s at the 2008 FAI/CIAM Plenary Meeting in March 28 and 29  2008 in Lausanne, Switzerland. If accepted by the Plenary Meeting the scheduled date of setting in force is January 1st 2009. The voting tool will remain open until April 30 2008.

Dear Friends,

the server hosting both the F2B forum and the k-factor voting gate is not operating at this point in time.

Whether the breakdown was caused by too many trying to post contributions and/or to cast their vote is not confirmed...

I apologize for this. Igor Burger is on the job solving the problem. He will report asap.

You may want to make use of the time by communicating and discussing the k-factor trial issue within your c/l stunt community.
Also, please do encourage Forum contributions and votes, even in foreign languages. Stunt flyers are innovative and will comprehend the essence of what is written.
