Vintage R/C Plane Plans, "FS7 The Wizard"
« on: September 22, 2008, 05:28:27 PM »
Hi, I acquired a vintage R/C Plane kit at a yard sale along with 3 other unassembled kits all for a buck. It is the FS7 "The Wizard" by Sterling Models. 54" Wingspan & 37" Length. I found a catalog online dated 1965 that showed this plane which exactly matched the plane I have. All the pieces looked to be there except the plans. Any information on where I might be able to find the plans for this plane would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You Very Much
Harold

Check out the AMA plans. It shows the Sterling Kit plan for the Wizard as #20586. $5.00

Ouch is right. Bad news when the plans are 36 times the cost of the kit. You might try the guys on the R/C Groups old time forum. They seem to come up with a lot of stuff.
