Field Day, 10-11-14

I always have such a great time at the field. They cannot see me.  ;D

I didn't fly so I decided to take a few extra photos with my free time. I did bring my "Hanger Queens" to show the guys. Some never seen the 007 or the Super P-40. Name that tune, it was a big hit!

"Hanger Queens?" Kinda wonder where this wording came about? No place with good intentions would be my guess. Like in R/C, "Go ahead you're ready to do it alone." When clearly the student is not. Every Club and Forum has them.

"Hanger Kings" would be more like it. Not a bad idea having a stash. I purchased a Smoothie in the 60's that was never flown. And the guy flew all the time!

Anyway, Sorry for the "stills" but video is above me for the time being. My video files are large and I don't know how to reduce them.

Stills are OK, at least at the field.
