Hey Shug, thanks for the great coverage of the Polk, IA contest.  I live just down I-29 at Platte City, Mo...by Kansas City International Airport.  Couldn't make it to the contest this year due to knee problems limiting my flying time.  I was impressed that guys were driving in from Colorado and southeastern states to attend and get in some flights.  If they can do that, maybe I will try to make the trip next summer.....we'll see.  Anyway, your video was almost as good as being there and I am sure that it will raise interest in others who see the coverage you provided in attending the Polk, IA get together next year.  .......  Looking forward to your next video production.     #^    H^^

Bigger crowd this year and great hosts. You should come for sure.

Great video Shug....loved every min of it
Hoping to make it fun to watch for control liners and non-control liners too.

Entertaining videos, Shug "I'm not a loser" Emery.
Not a total loser. I felt I flew well on the handle in advanced but got blown out of some moves ( I aim to rectify that with more practice and trimming). Then I simply ran short of fuel trying to cut down my over-all time. Oh well.Always another contest. Thankee Jim

I'd second-to-none that in a heartbeat. ;D
In fact it's so good, I linked the videos to our Dutch language forum: http://www.modelbouwforum.nl/posts/3808575 (Meanwhile, across the ocean..)
Too bad it's such a long (and wet, according to Bob Hunt ;D) drive or else I'd love to drop by and put in a flight or two with you guys.
Well, you never know...

P.S. In that case, Shug and I should try to do our impression of 'Duellin' Mandolins', shouldn't we?  ~>

Thanks, Shug
I even felt a little of the early morning nerves while everyone was rolling their lines out, thinking over too many things, hooking up when the grass is still damp, too quiet, then all of that fades into oily smoke, noise, and fun... great video. I thought that spider was a Golf Ball, Lol.
