Stunt engine tuner

Does anyone know who the stunt engine tuner is who signs the engines that he works on with "J & D" on one of the mounting lugs?  I have an LA 46 and an LA 25 and two ST 60's with those markings on one of the mounting lugs.  Would like to know who that is and how to contact him (or her).
