Word from Brodaks is that the Vector ARF/ARC instruction guides are printed and that the kits began shipping Friday.

I called yesterday (Friday) and the electric Vector ARF is not yet available. Still waiting for instructions.

We are  just waiting on the  INSTRUCTION  book  to be  printed, should be  soon now

The ARC vector looks very nice but I do not believe I can wedge an OS 40FSR in there.

Why not? one of our local flyers fitted a RoJett 61 in his (no I am not kidding)
