I don't think the original kit plans have enough detail to build from. Bill Schmidt supplies an enhanced set of plans that also show all the parts, so you can scratch build from them. His contact information is:

Bill Schmidt
4647 Kruger
Wichita, KS 67220
Pho # 316-744-0378 (corrected phone number)

There is also a company in Texas that sells a laser cut short kit for the Redskin:

I've ordered from them and their prices seem reasonable.

cheers,
Ken

I also have a set of Bill's plans,  remember they are copy writed.  But, I also picked up a Redskin kit at Tulsa this year.  I also had one ready to go when B-Team race was dropped from the rule book.  Green Head Torp that was an easy starter.  DOC Holliday

Unless he has changed it, on my plans it says I can not make any copies of them.  It also has a copy write stamp on them.   DOC Holliday

DOC, that's correct. My set states they can only be copied with written permission from Bill. They're really nice, well worth the small price that he charges.

cheers,
Ken

Hi Bob, did you get your plans yet? I just got a laser kit short kit. Looks like all the parts are there except sticks, sheeting, ad nose block. Now need to think about an engine for it.

cheers,
Ken

Does anyone have a picture of the Redskin?  What is the wingspan and engine size?

Takes a .29, not sure about span and not at home to measure. Here is a pic of one of the nicest ones I've ever seen:
