Title: Veco Redskin

        Just wondering, has anyone built the veco redskin over the winter? What engine did you use ?         
        Iam building one with a veco 25. Iam about 1/2 there.

I got a short kit from Lazer Works but haven't had time to build it. When I do power will be a Fox 25 Sch BB.

     Hi Ken I got the short kit also. It is awsome  ,Iam using the 25 Fox BB also . The engine and fuel tank are a     
  real tite fit once the engine is in thats it . I guess I have forgot a lot in fourty years.
     Hope it flies as well as the last one.

I am a glutton for punishment, I bought 4 of the short kits.  Have several engines to try.   DOC Holliday

I built one back in the '60s with a McCoy . 29. I wasn't real happy with it as a Proto Speed plane, and would never have entered it in a TR event. Catching that plane at normal landing speed by the wing would rip the wing off! There are others that are better
