As for Air Museums...Tucson is home to one of the largest in the country. Hard to see it all in a day!
It's right next to the largest military aircraft "boneyard" in the world. All the out of service military aircraft are stored there just waiting to fly again in a crisis!
Old Tucson, basically an Old West amusement park now used to be a Movie set for a lot of western movies and even some TV Westerns.
They have wild west shows daily and of course the typical tourist wild west goodies for souveniers!
There is also the Sonoran Desert Museum with a zoo of typical desert wildlife. Excellent and very worth visiting.
There's also a lot of acerage in the Saguraro National Park with a visitor center that has several lectures and shows daily on the beauty of the Saguraro landscape and the denizens found there.
