Kit Storage

I have way to many kits and am wondeing what is the best way to store them. Currently I have some laying horizontally and some stored vertically. I will be away from home and building for awhile and don't want them to be damaged due to my negligence.

laying them flat is in my opinion always best because if the tape pops loose which it can,
the parts will not fall on the floor and also so they simply don't fall over.

yeah - store them flat - if you store them vertically for a long period - the wood can get bowed - ask me how I know......

 Flat is the way to go Dan. I even make sure all the parts are laid out nicely (flat) inside the box before they go on the shelf.

Hey guys: send them to me!  I'll be happy to store them for you.  Now of course, a couple of them might accidently get built...
But don't send them to John L to store - he'll sell them on E-bay!

I only count 41 kits there, you got a long way to go and I do see some space that you could fill. When your at 150 kits or so then your starting to have a little problem ,but your fine......yet!

Actually there's 43 kits in that pile. But a few of them are not for building. THe Ringmaster Sportster, Sterling Ryan, and Sig Akrobat are just for looks.
