Updated OTS Rules?

I've gotten  no info in the Rules Discussion section...I'll give this a try:   Anyone know where the updated OTS rules for 2012 can be seen? I've had no luck on the PAMPA  site or anywhere else. Specifically I'm wondering if the "spark ignition" bonus remains at 10 points?

Ifyou are talking about the VSC, might contact Robin or Lou about the scoring.   I see the sheets show the score for IGN as 10 bonus points. H^^

I thought that 10 points was always the bonus points for ignition.

I remember many years ago at a VSC George Aldrich saying that the bonus for Ignition ought to be 50 points!

I believe the change was to reduce the "no flaps" penalty to 5 pts., from ten pts. Could be wrong, often am.  H^^

Also a five point bonus was added for the builder of the model...and no more than two people can fly the same airplane.

It should be 10 points for glow or diesel and 25 for HISTORIC spark ignition.  And that's putting it mildly.
