How do I set up a uniflow tank in a built up fuselage control line plane with a McCoy 35 engine.

Ronald,
You might look at the following link: https://stunthanger.com/smf/engine-set-up-tips/st-v60-has-to-be-set-very-rich-then-runs-lean/msg498098/#msg498098
This is what I used for a ST v60 with muffler pressure attached to the uniflow vent. It should work with no muffler pressure if you so choose.

I have flown McCoy 35's and 40's and what always worked best for me was a uniflow vent tank with the unilflow blocked and the standard vent open. In other words a standard tank. But it is always good to have a uniflow tank so you have options. They do lean a little all the way through the flight, but it is very slight and helps when you get to the clover.

please explain why uniflow w/o muffler pressure setup for McCoy would be any different than Fox35 or anyother stunt installation?

The McCoy's seem to not change rpm much from the beginning of the tank to the end on non uniflow where Foxes always leaned out quite a bit toward the end of the tank. And, the McCoy's seem to richen up on uniflow. I have run them both ways, and the McCoy's seem to run better on a standard tank set up. At least on the planes I have them on which are all profiles. Magicians, and Ringmasters. In a full fuse they may run better uniflow.
