Mind-boggling!  I spent many hours aboard DC-6s in the '50s and early '60s, mostly UAL -- none of which looked THAT good.

Wow!  A lot of time energy and Mega-bucks put into that Museum piece.  Probably would have been cheaper to buy a 727...

None of them came out of the factory looking that good. Mega bucks is no lie.

Thank God that there is someone with the ability to restore an aircraft to better than new status. This is an amazing aircraft.

When I was growing up the DC-4, DC-6 and Connies were always overhead and you could identity them by both sight and sound. it is hard to believe that they are almost all gone.
