FOX super stunt 35,that is a good setup

I only have two flights on mine....AeroTiger 36. Trying to figure a reasonable way to slow it some...
I may go and weigh it...it seems light.

This one of mine worked very well with an Aerotiger 36. pretty light at 37 oz.

Hi Rich,
Maybe it needs a bit more 4 cycle? what prop is on it?

Rich did you silk span over the slc?
-
Randy how is yours finished? Can you paint over the self with epoxy?

I have a Brodak .40 in mine. How good did it fly? How about Steve Moon 1st, G. Nobler, Allen Goff 2nd, G. Nobler. Classic Stunt US Nationals. And the Aero Tiger .36 would be good also. By the way mine is 41 ozs. Both UHP kits.

Uhhhh...Sorry, I should have explained. Mine is a UHP but built from one of their kits. The wing and Stab/elevator are covered with Ultra kote and the fuselage is painted withTop Flite rattle can (not recommended for several reasons). I built this in two weeks for VSC, three years ago, after my Fury suffered a exploding bottle of CA that glued the cowling and bellcrank in place permanently. I hate finishing airplanes some kind of castastrophie nearly always occurs in my finishing procedures.
The kit had great wood and built very nicely and quickly! A really fine flying combination!

A Fox would fly it pretty well, actually. This is a much better application than a Twister or other profile trainer that everybody seems to want to use. No match for the mighty Aero-Tiger, of course.

Mike - a Fox 35 in a Nobler? Has it ever been done before? ???

Big Ron: Brodak 40, OS 40 LA, Thunder Tiger 36, AeroTiger 36, Fox 35. Any
of these will work just fine. You can paint the covering directly. Although,
I would recommend using auto paint rather than dope. Just scuff the
entire surface with 600-800 grit paper first.

Steve, I sure would like to build a nether UHP kit. I am going to retire my signed G. Nobler. How about one?

Since it already has a far superior engine, and only needs the pitch reduced, not much reason to go backwards. The problem he is having is extremely simple, no need to go digging the motor mounts out.

Allen: We haven't had any laser cut kits in quite awhile. But, I may
be able to get my hands on one that isn't going to get built in the
near future.

Steve, I'm interested. Will you be in Toledo for the Expo Fri.?
