Title: Ukey???
Post by: Oregon_Flyer on July 03, 2006, 08:51:45 PM
I could have sworn [oops] that I saw a post yesterday showing some photos of a Ukey and I wanted to find out where I could purchase one for my son to learn on.  Any one know where to look for this ARF?

Thanks

Marv

Be nice Frank, you too Mr. Little  **)

Try:

Jim Pearson
(770) 516-0398

I just completed a U-Key .35/.25FP for my Honey. Weighs 29 oz. Oughtta fly quite well.  Hope to try it out this weekend if the T-storms go away. Will probably start with 60' lines center-to-center.

There's a very good 4-page "construction tweaks" page on the Tulsa Gluedobbers' website. Lots of ways to make the stock ARF even better with a minimum of extra time/effort.

Marv,

I sent you a message also.  The best way to contact Jim is at   Jim Pearson of Marietta, GA.  email  http://ModelWings@aol.com .  I learned he travels with his job but if he is in town he will respond quickly.

You won't be sorry you bought a Ukey.  It's an easy build and flies far beyond my current capbilities.

Good Luck.....Thomas

Scott,

See that Karma thingy?  that's a skimpy number and it could go neked at any time as
there are lots of my buddies reading this post  >:D Now on the other hand, Mr. Little could take pity on you and wield his mighty smighter, and I say could.  Me I'm neutral at the moment I think <tee hee>

Yes, I have been rather busy weilding the smoter.  y1

I just *might* get to fly before our VERY short (this year) summer break is over!  A Bionic Brace is on the way.  y1
