Superfilled all gashes and dings..redone some fillets..recovered the lower inboard wing. Dressed it up with some vinyl graphics.
All thats left is repaint a few spots.. shoot some 2K clear. Mount tank and motor. And go fly. But will have to wait due to rain.
Really wish I would have done this right after it crashed so I could of had it in Dallas last weekend. Watch out Tulsa!!!

That Twister looks great!!!! TimThanks. Had some issues with the can of 2k clear tho.. it was same can I used to clear it when I first finished it. Stored in fridge til I used it the other day... did go on so well and now it has a "grit" to it... it would be bad of the entire fuselage looked that way but ut bugs me. Bought a new can and will lightly sand the roughness and respray. But it wasnt meant to be a beauty queen anyways lol.

I had a similar issue. I was able to sand it out with 1200 grit and buff. I would try that before cracking open a new can and adding more weight.

The first time I shot the 2k clear I followed the method posted here and it worked GREATTTT. Smooth as glass.. My guess is the can I used was no more good or perhaps "crystalized" from the cold temps but Im certain Im wrong about that. Id lean the shelf life went out the window. But I will try sanding it first just to see.

I've had success using a month after keeping in freezer. Needs to be warm prior to spraying or orange peel happens. I had sprayed 6 months after opening and it came out rough as a road. Knocked it off with sandpaper and polish with no I'll affects. Except a boat load of cursing and sore elbow.Haha which Im sure I will be doing alot of!!
