Title: Tulsa Glue Dobbers

Just a little reminder about the TGD Contest the 5th and 6th of July in Tulsa at our new flying home.  Details are still in the events section of this forum.  Triathlon and Mirror Meet (stunt portion) will be flown.  These are fun events, please be there if you can.

If I have time I am going to try to add another camera or two.. May not make it for this contest but look for it to be greatly enhanced for our September contest.

Click on the Events button in the left.. The window that comes up talks about the Triathalon, the Mirror Meet, and shows the nearby motels. The 3 closest motels are near the Cherokee Casino. They are about 6.8 miles from the field.( and are around) $100.00 a night.)

10 miles from the field are motels in the $50-$60 dollar range. They are just off of I-44, and are easy to get to.

This is our first contest with the web-cam working.. I changed the timing so it updates every 30 seconds instead of 60 for the weekend and we will see how it goes.

Before our big contest in September I will have at least two more cameras on-line, I hope....

Here's a few pictures from today. Ringmasters finished first(Mike Finagan) and second(Jim Phillips). Rick Blankenship came in third.
