I've put up a few pics from our September contest. This photo hosting site doesn't allow as much tweaking of photo albums as the other site did, but the price was right(free).

If you click on a picture after opening it, it should open again in a slightly bigger size.

Great pictures Elwyn; Thank you so much.

Looks like a great contest!
Thank you Elwyn.

Thanks for the pics Elwyn. Clicked on the slide show icon and they came up great for me. Looks like I missed a great one.

Wow! Wouldn't it be just great to be able to fly all day without having to wear a heavy jacket and ear-muffs!

Elwyn,
Thanks for the great photos

Floyd; It was better than that. Overcast so we did not have to look into the sun, wind 3 to 7 mph, and mid 70's temp. for both days. Friday and monday were windy. I don't know how they do it. It has to rival any contest weather I have been to. Top all that off with great food and great people, and it was as good as it gets. It was the last contest of the year for me, and I was so glad I went.

Thanks Elwin, you did a wonderful job as always. Great pictures, thanks again

I just can't help myself...shameless. But, I hadn't seen this picture until last night. I apologize, but gosh darn it! This is a cute Li'l plane and it flies pretty well, too.
Thanks Elwyn,
dg
Somewhere in the future, I'll have a larger Cub, with a full bodied fuselage, and the doors WILL be hinged so it can be flown with the doors open. And this picture is what gave me the idea. The trees in the back ground make it look just like a J-3 slippin' in to a pasture. The second picture is the Cub Don Hutchinson modeled, it no longer has the registration on the fuselage, the numerals NC42222 are on the wings, where they were originally.

Dang Elwyn I love the shots you get of the models on final! There's just something really alive about them I can't explain.
