Hi all.

Any Merco, old or "modern" one will fit.

ST 46 and 60 are a match.

Aftermarket supliers as Randy or Big Art, even better……

Kind regards.
Manuel.

If it is the new style ST 51, the muffler from my cast case Ro-Jett .61 worked on mine.  They list at $50 (or they did) and are well made.  Check with Dub and see if he can fix you up.  There is also Scott Dinger but last time I wrote I did not get a reply.  George T

The Magnum - Royal  / Thunder Tigre 46 ones just about go on , if the G 51 holes are breezey , a bit worn . C-C is about 1 mm off ,
tho theyre still big ugly heavy things .
Ive drilled and tapped a bit of Du Bro Ex Extn , 1 1/2 long , Two Patterns , outside for OS Jetstream , Inside for ST 51 , 60, 46 etc .

So any muffler bodys kinda adaptable , with a few tools & taps .

My recollection is that I took the one off my ST G.51 (a Randy Aero CNC Tube-type with 4-40 bolts) and bolted it right onto a Magnum XL .53, so Matt's assertions should be at least half right. I don't have a Royal .45, but do have some TT .46 Pro parts around the shop, someplace.  D>K Steve

Randy Smith unit picture here on the ST-51 Block Head:

Very nice and very light.  Availability may be an issue.
