Has any one ever used this stuff for paint masks/stencils? I have a lot of it lying around and since it's easy to cut i figured why not? lol

Yes Steve

I have used it a lot over the last 2 years or so

lay a piece over your plan, for example, wing rib

I use a sharp scribe to make the outline, enough to

score the surface, then cut oversize with scissors,

then crack along the score lines , carefully and a

very light sanding finishes the template

Best of luck with it

Vincent

I would not think it would work for painting masks if I read the post correctly.  It is used for making emplates of parts.  Have fun,  DOC Holliday

SeeTemp is a great product, but as a paint stencil, I don't know. Wouldn't it produce an awfully thickpaint edge??

I love the stuff!
I feel it's the best method for making templates off full size plans.
