Anyone have any experence with Tower's monokote?

Paul,

I have used two or three different colors of Tower cote, and from my experience, the adhesive seems to be NOT fuel proof.  It does go on easily and seems to stay stuck down well.

If you want to use it, I would suggest that you figure out some way to permanently seal the edges;  use Monocote or Ultra cote pin stripes or some other covering that is known fuel-proof to cover over the joints.

BTW, the Tower site does not say that Tower cote is fuel proof, the site does say that Monocote is fuel proof........

I too have found that Towerkote is not fuelproof. The seams will lift as soon as fuel hits them. Also, the material scuffs easily.
