Tower hobbies, Horizon hobbies, Traxx, Revell, etc.  is all Hobbico inc.
look up Hobbico Inc.

Hobbico went bankrupt 2 years ago, Horizon bought some but not all of the assets.

I had a terrible time several weeks ago trying to get through to Horizon after ordering some props on line. They finally arrived, if you cannot get a response with these numbers try the vendor sales phone number someone answered that line, I guess it's all about the biggest fish to fry. I suspect they're staff is way down.
