I have always got great service from Tower in the past. Less then a week.
When I sent Tower an email asking for help, I got a response that it was not there problem. When I replied to that email with a "thanks for nothing" and I think I will tell a few thousend of my internet friends ( with the exception of a few) Tower is no changed there tune.
I now have the option of a refund or a re-ship of my order. Because today was a holiday for the USPS, I will give them a few more days. I hope it shows up, but it ani't looking to good. My order was placed on the 28th. That was 14 days ago!
I will update this thread if I get my package.
Nice to know they will now willing to help the customer.
