I suggest you carve a pair. Fun to do. You can make them any shape you want. Great way to spend a afternoon.

I got one from a LHS, it's from a R/C model kit.. can't remember which one. maybe the Vector or Cardinal ones might work as well.

Not even close to being worth doing as far as I am concerned.

This U/C is from an R/C ARTF Stinson Reliant. Wheel pants and leg covers are plastic. I purchased them as spare parts online.
The model started life as a Topflite ARTF Nobler, but , has undergone many changes over many years.

Always been a fan of the Gieseke gear and pants!

Joe Yau has the right perspective here, pants of the Golden era seemed 'large', like Fluorscheim Brogue wing tip shoes.
(Imagine a gentleman in the '30s, sharp full-bodied double breasted suit, teetering in tiny loafers with tassels...)
Sig has 'kit type' vacuformed pants in their catalog: Pricey, but available. (hit 'info' for pics)
I got some vacu-formed pants for my Gee Bee in 1976, (Sheldon's hobby shop in San Jose) they stocked a range of sizes from 3" to 12".
But I ended up cutting and laminating my own out of balsa sheet...(as in the Sterling Mr. Mulligan kit)
And like stated above, you can design your own size and shape. Easier than you think.

The pants and L.G. on the red and white Nobler really enhance the GB look! But we do need a large no. "3" behind the cockpit. %^@
