Title: Top Flite Nobler ARF First Stunt Pattern
Post by: Shug Emery on April 24, 2015, 07:48:37 AM
I've had this Top Flite Nobler ARF for a while and finally got it trimmed out and was able to finally get a full pattern on it. Added a bit more lead in the tail and tweaked my handle spacing and now it is grooving nicely. It felt draggy on insides before these changes.
Powered with a OS .46LA and using 63' lines. When I assembled it I added a new bellcrank and leadouts from Tom Morris. Also changed the pushrods.
Had 6 flights on it yesterday. Will trim a little more but it feels real good for now.

Shug - nice video (again) - you motivate me - I have an ARF Nobler sitting in the corner of my basement - I think I'll build/assemble it now - I do have the Morris controls already & a LA .46 also. Thanks !

Hey Shug
How's about ya take us on a tour of your Nobler. Like show us the art work. Looks like you tented the canopy yeller?
Hard to see the entire plane in the video.
Thanks in advance.
