I recently placed my first order with Eric and am incredibly impressed.  Placed the order on the website on a Thursday afternoon, mail carrier delivered it to me in Minnesota Saturday morning.  Wow!

Great stuff, too.  I could have saved myself a lot of time by checking out the full line that RSM offers; it's much more complete than I realized.

And Eric is a great communicator.  Happy camper here!
