According to the box it calls for a .19-.35

Most in the early days were flown with .35's,  Fox, K&B,  O&R and Johnsons.  I flew mine with McCoy Redhead .35.  If built light any .19 - .25 should do the trick. H^^

I had a Magnum 25 in mine, and it was fast and fun.  The Mirror Meet ate it, but won best crash. ;D

I have a VECO .19 BB and it is a setup, it flies great on .012 lines 58' long.

Mine flew well with an LA .25 - when it ran well.

As a matter of interest,  I have a kit in my collection for a Super Tomahawk, I think it is about 46" span.  I haven't seen much about the history of that plane ??

I think hi drew that. It was vecos answer to the ringmaster<---probably the most flown model ever. I won one at  contest in the 50s. I dont know what ever happened to it. jim

In my stash I have both Tomahawks.  The original Veco version via Brodak and the newer version my son flew so many times also by Brodak.   H^^
