Well I've been working but progress is slow it's coming along. Designing the attachments for a stunter is vastly different then for and RC or even FF model, lateral stresses need to be carefully considered. Anyway, here are a few pictures.
The POGO sander was purchased a garage sale several years ago for $25, it needed belts but came complete with all the arbors and included a large box full of assorted drums. to be honest I never thought it would be useful for modeling but I continue to find ways of using it. Here you can see I set up a wooden fixture to allow me to sand the elevator leading edge angle. I also did a fixture to sand the wing TE to shape but forgot to take pictures of that.
The wing attachment isn't very visible, I'll try to get better pictures with my camera instead of my phone. the fuselage portion is separate from the wing and the three parts interlock to stiffen the assembly and are fastened with nylon screws. There is still structure to be added at the TE attachment. So far I'm really pleased with the way it goes together and locks.
