Title: Tom Morris products
Post by: Steven Kientz on June 20, 2012, 03:58:18 PM
Is there an alternative to using CLC for Tom Morris products? I'd like to use CLC, but it sounds like there might be some issues. I'm not a PAMPA member, so I don't have access to that directory. Or is there somewhere(someone) else who makes flying lines. I have one set(60') that I made ,but would like to have a couple others(62', 65'). I'd make them myself but I don't really have that skillset yet( as in one is always longer than the other).

Thanks
Steve

Hi Steven,

You can get Tom Morris products directly from Tom Morris.  I do not have all his contact info at hand, but someone here can send it to you.

You ought to be a PAMPA member....their membership directory is very valuable...

If you just want lines and it is cheaper in the bulk,  try MBS Model Supply.   He has other stuff also. H^^

Thanks guys. Pampa membership will probably happen in 2013. Hopefully will be on my way to competing some(beginner). Spent last summer and this spring concentrating on R/c. Although I do like it, C/L still is tops for me. The short distance to the plane and actually flying it by hand makes it my favorite. I probably enjoy building as much as flying. Not much of that going on at my club,as  most of my R/C club members all fly ARFs.

Thanks
Steve
