I just got off the phone with Dick letting him know I had shipped his order yesterday and had not emailed him a bill yet.

I just thought I should clarify. I work a full job from 8am to 5:30pm mountain time. I am only in the hobby shop evenings and weekends so if you do not hear from me during the day please be patient I will get back to you as soon as I get to the shop and answer either your voice mail or email. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Dick,

FWIW, I have placed many orders with Jim at CL Central and I have always received outstanding service. He has been helpful with my selections and has always been fast with his replies, and his shipments. I could not ask for a better CL supplier. :-)

Jim also makes up custom Morris control systems for our CL planes. Everything from CF PRs to custom bent, fully bushed, Control Horns to complete "plug and play" control systems.

I think we are all very lucky to have nice guys like Jim who go the extra mile for us CL flyer's in providing quality products with top quality service! :-)

Regards,  H^^

Thanks Jim,
I did not realise this was not your full time job. Thanks again for your understanding.

Way to go Richard,  you know the good book or someone said patience is a virtue.  We all live and learn, but, Jim is one terrific guy as well as his family.  Using his wing jig right now.  Later,  DOC Holliday

PS:I can pick on Richard as I have known him since he used to be in the KC area.  jeh
