Title: Tom Lay Magnum 45
Post by: peabody on October 29, 2015, 03:30:08 PM
Hi
I recently came across a Tom Lay Magnum .45.  Has anyone any experience with this? The piston and liner were apparently swapped?

Thanks

Hi Rich, what gave you the impression that they were swapped? ???
Thanks

Hi Bill
The guy that I bought the carload of stuff from explained that Tom Lay had done so, and in the box is a sleeve, piston and rod, which I assume were part of the Magnum.

Maybe someone from the left coast remembers the guy....Ron Aubel, I believe?

Thanks

Have fun!
