I just got a great surprise message from the Toledo Weak Signals. The show is back on.
Friday April 9 from 9 to 5
Saturday April 10 from 9 to 2.
Although it says "RC", it's a huge annual event for all of modeldom.
Ritch's Brew is at the top of the list of vendors. The fuel crisis is solved.

Paul,
I do not think the Weak Signals is involved in this one. The banner I saw mentioned Hank's Hobby Hangar. There is more information at toledoRCswapmeet.com. Ritches Brew is going to be there as well as some other commercial vendors. Welcome news to be sure.

Awesome news. Someone please stop by the Flying Models booth and ask them when the next issue will be out. D>K

As stated by another contributor, the Toledo Weak Signals RC show is dead.
The NEW show at the same venue is under NEW management.
I was a bit concerned that there was no mention on the club web site.
This is because it really was dropped by the club.
This is a NEW deal at the old site on the usual date.
But I'll go down to Toledo and get my fuel and anything else that seems like a good deal. Klass Kote epoxy. Too bad Fox dropped out. I generally got a 35 Stunt and two cards of plugs.

I was told that the former Fox Factory is now manufacturing pressure washers.

As started to another, I know the Expo is dead. And I know there is a "swap meet"................. somewhere in Toledo, so where is it? Simple question.

Allen,
Sorry for not catching this sooner. Same location, Seagate center. Everything on the main floor as I understand it.

That link shows a Weak Signals logo and implies that it is an extension of the traditional event. It also says April 9-11, three days.
Anyway, I'm going on Friday as always looking for stuff to buy. Ritches Brew, Klass Kote epoxy, blades, whatever looks & feels good.

Hey guys,
I know One of the guys involved in this. He’s going to be down on the main floor where the traditional show was. There are going to be some vendors there but this is mainly a swap meet. The last time I spoke with him he said they had a lot of tables already rented. It may be worth going down for the first year and just check it out. They are trying to get this thing going pretty big but they are not sure how the turnout will be with Covid. Hopefully it ends up being decent because there are so many events that are canceled. It may be a good place to hang out and talk with some modelers since we can’t go anywhere else. Ron

NASA (scale C/L & RC) we have our booth and I'll (w/ Will Hinton & Mike McHenry) be there Fri. some of the time. I too need to stock-up on my depleted inventory. See ya there maybe.
