Richard is a really good talker, almost as good as a film.

There are a bunch of the "Ace" interviews on-line and on YouTube.  They show just how awesome these guys were!  I cringe thinking about nursing a shot up airplane drooling coolant, or may having lost a cylinder, through snow and rain, maybe at night, often with near fatal wounds, and only radio contact if you were lucky.

Wow.  Sounds like a good pilot.  Finding out that the trim tabs were reversed during flight would surely be a hand full.
