Does it fly tip up when inverted as well? If so, then yes, a tad more tip weight. If tip is up while in level upright flight, but DOWN in inverted level flight, you have a slight twist or warp in the TE, more than likely. Could be something else, but check there first by looking at the TE from the rear while holding it up in front of you. It helps if you use a window mullins for reference.
