A lot of you guys that live or have lived in the midwest area and have been flying stunt since the early 80's might know a friend of mine, Gary Hajek, Gary is a friend to many of us and helped a LOT of us along the way in our pursuit of a good pattern. Gary and I used to ride together to contests all over the midwest and he is also along time member of the Lafayette Esquadrille control line club.
Gary's wife Cindy passed away Thursday evening after suffering a heart attack several days earlier. Cindy was a great lady, great sense of humor, and always a treat o talk to. It's a terrible time to loose a spouse at any time of year but especially at this time, so please add Gary, his daughter Sarah and Gary's family and friends to your thoughts and prayers.
