 Looks like a Rabe Mustang, and possibly by Dave Hemstrought as has been mentioned? Looks like the Merlin could use a top end job too. :##

My bad, I should have been more clear.  I absolutely know it's a Mustang, and - now that he's been mentioned - I believe it was Dave Hemstrought's.

What I am asking: is it a Rabe Mustang, the Al Meyers design, or another I may not know?  Thanks again!
