The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Or puffy batteries.

I like the empty cans too. LOL

But speaking of puffy batteries I saw one of the RC guys at the field the other day cramming a LiPo that was almost round and I'm not kidding. It looked scary!! 😱

The trash can at our flying field often seems to be full of painted broken balsa wood!  No idea who it belongs to!

Prolly the biggest bit of road kill on the road trip to excellence in stunt is the worn out coach sleeping in a chair near the circle.

Variation on a theme: The key to success in stunt is found at the bottom of a fuel can. Problem is, you don't know which one so just have to keep looking. Sorry, no electric equivalent.  8)

Well you can urn all the fuel you want, but to me it is having a coach that knows what the judges are looking for.  Also able to see your mistakes and tell you how to correct them.  My coaches have given up on me as I don't get what is told me to go from the brain(what little there is) to the hand. IMHO, it all starts with dedication. To excel at ANYTHING first requires dedication. What are you willing to invest some of your time in life for? Once time is spent, it is gone forever.

So, first order of business is determining what is TRULY important to you? That is, something that is SO important TO YOU, that you're willing to devote irreplaceable time from your life pursuing?

Once you determine the above, from there it's prioritizing how to best accomplish your goal(s). (i.e. "The road to excellence" theme.)

The road to excellence runs through Tim's front yard. Probably why I haven't found it yet.

Bring a dirt bike or a 4-wheel drive.  It's pretty steep.
